27.05.21 Jamie's Farm During Term 5 a group of our Year 9 pupils attended Jamie’s farm in Bath. Students engaged in a wide range of farm activities to experience something of country life. During these trips, all schools have noticed an improvement in student behaviour, engagement and confidence. During the 4 days, students worked with pigs, sheep, cows and chickens, playing a vital role in the successful running of the farm. They took part in a range of activities, including working with horses, woodland work, gardening, art work, livestock care and cooking. The pupils all had a unique experience of healthy living in the countryside and a complete change to pressures and distractions of living in the city. We are very proud of all of the pupils who attended and gave everything a go, even when it was out of their comfort zone.
